Overcoming Challenges
Early mobilisation was critical to achieving success, agreeing health and safety principles within our Construction Phase Plan permitting our team time to establish a compound in advance of works.

We implemented strict site logistics maintaining timely material deliveries, waste collection and parking for contractor vehicles, minimising daily impact upon the school.

Prior to commencing demolition works we supported consultant engineers undertake intrusive investigations developing necessary precautions prior to starting.

Our Contracts Manager maintained daily communication with the project team including school CEO Mary Beaumont and supporting consultants ensuring no concerns left unresolved.
