We have a wealth of experience working with social housing clients nationwide. We carry out refurbishment works as a social housing fit-out contractor and have supported our clients in achieving the governmental legislative standards.

We have also formed partnerships with prominent Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), who have worked with us many times.

Works we undertake encompass everything from fire strategies to new kitchens and bathrooms and electrical upgrades, to name just a few.

For every project, we assign a Project Manager and Site Manager who serve as the client’s and residents’ primary contacts. The site team meticulously organise all aspects of the project, ranging from ensuring health and safety measures to scheduling and implementing the works. In addition, they remain on hand to support with access to properties, customer care and scheduling of work.
