Riverside HousingRiverside Housing Group – External Landscaping on Georgian Property

Client: Riverside Housing Group

Overview

Frank Rogers were appointed by Riverside to carry out minor reactive external repairs at a three storey Georgian property in Liverpool.

The garden wall was found to be leaning out externally having been pushed through time by the roots of large mature trees nearby.

The long term tenants were keen to see the trees remain but equally keen to see the problem managed, recognising the health and safety issues. The Frank Rogers team were able to propose a solution whereby the tree was retained and the roots blocked off from causing any further impact to the wall. The wall meanwhile was removed and replaced with some landscaping works completed alongside replacement patio area.

The tenants at the property were delighted with Frank Rogers service and approach and attitude of its team, taking time to draft a letter to the housing association and Frank Rogers direct.
