This complex project in Allerton consisted of six high-end apartments with bespoke fittings and finishes, communal lift work and designed landscape works.
Luxury Living
The apartments were to benefit from underfloor heating, gated private parking and incredibly high-quality finishes throughout. Once completed, all of the apartments were quickly snapped up, giving the new owners a bespoke feature home in the heart of South Liverpool.
Protecting The Environment
One of the key challenges of this development was overcoming the protected tree roots and ensuring that our development preserved the surrounding trees and assisted them to thrive once the works were complete. In order to do this, the apartments were constructed off a structural podium, with all rainwater feeding into the root areas under the property.
