Scope of Works Includes:

• Installation of a full sprinkler system across 25 apartments and 2 houses
• Fire alarm system upgrades to meet the latest regulatory standards
• Fire door replacements to maintain compartmentation compliance
• Replacement of timber decking with a robust, metal fire-rated decking system
• Curtain walling upgrades within the communal stairwell
• Installation of a new intercom system to enhance resident access and security
