Works Underway at St Werburgh’s RC Church, Chester

Following the award of a significant programme of social housing void works across the Midlands and East of England, Frank Rogers Building Contractors is looking to build a reliable regional team to support the ongoing programme.

We’re particularly interested in experienced operatives with a background in social housing, void properties, responsive repairs or property maintenance, who are confident completing a range of trades including joinery, kitchens, basic plumbing, bathrooms, plastering, tiling, flooring and general repairs.
Wherever possible, work will be grouped geographically to minimise unnecessary travel and create more consistent workloads within defined areas.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, professional, comfortable working independently and focused on completing works right first time.

There is potential for long-term work for the right operatives.
