We're on site at Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College

Following our recent contract award, we're pleased to have commenced works at Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College in Northwich, delivering a carefully planned programme of window replacement and stone repair works to this historic and architecturally significant education building.

Working alongside E3 Cube, our team will be carrying out:

Replacement of existing windows with new high-performance aluminium double-glazed window systems.

Specialist cleaning, repair and restoration of the college's existing stonework and masonry to preserve the character of the building.

Carefully phased scaffold installation and construction sequencing to ensure the college remains fully operational throughout the works.

Internal and external making good following each window installation, including repairs to surrounding masonry and finishes.

Sensitive removal of the existing windows, with every effort made to protect and preserve the building's historic fabric.

Working on heritage buildings requires a balance of traditional craftsmanship, technical expertise and modern construction methods. 

Every detail must be carefully considered to enhance the building's long-term performance while respecting its original character and architectural significance.

With the college remaining fully operational throughout the programme, meticulous planning, stakeholder communication and safe working practices are essential. Our phased delivery approach has been developed to minimise disruption to students and staff while maintaining progress on site.
