School is back, and we’re proud to welcome the newest apprentices joining Frank Rogers Building Contractors.
This year, we are pleased to welcome:
Alfie – Carpentry and Joinery
Jack – Bricklaying
Luka – Business Administration
Marcus – Construction Quantity Surveying Technician
All four apprentices will be completing their training through The City of Liverpool College, developing their skills across both site-based and office-based roles.
To mark the start of their apprenticeship journey, we hosted a tea and coffee morning, giving our new apprentices the opportunity to meet their mentors, connect with each other and spend time with members of the wider team.
It was also a great opportunity for our Managing Director, Dean Rogers, and our Directors to introduce themselves, share a bit about the business and welcome them properly into the Frank Rogers team.
Each apprentice was issued with the supplies and equipment needed to help them perform their role to the best of their ability — including full starter tool kits for our trade apprentices.
Apprenticeships continue to play an important role in our business, helping us invest in future talent, support career development and create opportunities across the construction industry.
We’re looking forward to supporting Alfie, Jack, Luka and Marcus as they begin their careers with us.
Welcome to the team.
