The City of Liverpool College's brand-new Construction Academy at Liverpool Waters

As the No.1 preferred provider on the college’s multi-million-pound framework, Frank Rogers Building Contractors were proud to carry out the works on this purpose-built facility - completed in just 12 weeks from start to finish.

The new Construction Academy will play a vital role in tackling the region’s construction skills gap, providing hands-on training in retrofit, green technologies and modern construction methods for the next generation of trades professionals.

This project is a fantastic example of collaboration, innovation and teamwork - transforming a heritage dockside site into a high-quality learning environment that mirrors real-world construction conditions.

We’re now looking forward to working closely with The City of Liverpool College to deliver meaningful social value opportunities, including apprenticeships and work experience placements to inspire and equip the workforce of the future.
