As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful social value, we’ve been working closely with The Big Trust, an organisation focused on connecting employers with communities to inspire, upskill and support young individuals into employment.
Recently, we’ve had the privilege of supporting several local schools with career assemblies. Our Construction Director, David Bracegirdle, led an engaging session at one school, while Rachel, Lewis, and David, together delivered a second assembly at another — helping students explore the diverse range of career paths available within the construction industry.
More recently, Dominic, Jimmy, and Jamie-Lee represented Frank Rogers at The Big Trust Aspirations Event, engaging directly with a wide variety of young people from the LFC Foundation’s Onside X programme.
Our team hosted a stand throughout the day, answering questions, sharing insights, and showcasing the potential of a career in construction.
These initiatives are a reflection of our ongoing commitment to supporting the local community and encouraging the next generation to consider careers in our industry.
