The project will cover 59 occupied properties across Knutsford and Macclesfield, with completion scheduled by March 2026.
Scope of Works: Roof replacements, Loft insulation upgrades, Roof line works, Replacement gutters, facias & soffits including new RWPs.
The properties include a mix of flats above retail units, blocks of flats, and semi-detached and mid-terraced houses. The programme will be delivered with a strong focus on resident care, safety, and minimising disruption.
