Ribbon cut on a safer future at St John Rigby College

We were proud to officially mark the completion of our works at St John Rigby College with a ribbon cutting ceremony, celebrating the successful delivery of the college’s Safeguarding Project.

This project was all about creating a safer, more organised and more accessible environment for students, staff and visitors.

The works included the creation of a new pedestrian island, improvements to traffic flow and the introduction of a one-way road system, helping to improve safety across the college site during busy drop-off, pick-up and movement periods.

Delivering works in a live education environment always requires careful planning, clear communication and a considerate approach. Our team worked closely with the college throughout to ensure the project was delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to daily operations.

The feedback from the college has been fantastic, with Glyn Hughes sharing:

“Communication throughout the project was exemplary, clear, timely, and effective, ensuring that all stakeholders were kept fully informed at each stage. The team exhibited notable flexibility in accommodating the operational needs of the College, working considerately around the daily routines of both students and staff, and thereby ensuring minimal disruption.”

A huge well done to everyone involved in bringing this project to completion, with special recognition to Dan Brown, Site Manager, and Dominic Gregory, Contracts Manager, whose commitment, professionalism and attention to detail were also recognised by the college.

It was brilliant to see the finished works officially opened and to celebrate the positive impact this project will have for the college community.
