Raising the standard for careers education and employer engagement

As we come to the end of a very busy summer working across multiple schools throughout the UK, we are proud to share the results of our latest The Careers & Enterprise Company Employer Standards assessment.

Frank Rogers achieved an average score of 80% across the nine standards, compared with a construction-sector average of 61%.

We also matched or exceeded the construction sector’s top 10% benchmark in four key areas:
- Evaluating and improving our activities
- Raising awareness of pathways into work
- Maintaining long-term engagement
- Valuing employee participation

As a new cohort of pupils enters or returns to school this September, we look forward to meeting them, raising awareness of the opportunities available within construction and continuing to work closely with education providers.

Our work in schools goes far beyond the projects we deliver. It is also about creating opportunities, developing skills and helping young people see the different pathways available to them.
