Framework progress with The City of Liverpool College.

As the No.1 appointed contractor on their multi-million-pound framework, the Frank Rogers team has been proud to deliver a wide range of improvement works across multiple campuses - all completed within tight summer deadlines to be ready for the new academic year.

Our projects included:
-3 full toilet remodels – including new inclusive, accessible, and ambient facilities at Duke Street
-2 brand-new classrooms and 2 classroom refurbishments at Vauxhall
-12 classroom and 2 office refurbishments across sites - including a main office transformation to boost English and Maths teaching capacity
-Refurbishment and re-furnishing of multiple classrooms and staff offices to enhance comfort and room use
-Delivery of the brand-new Construction Academy at Liverpool Waters

Alongside other contractors, we also supported:
-A new Deli at Duke Street
-A Digital Academy refresh in the Arts Centre
