Major Summer Refurbishment Underway – St Margaret’s Academy, Liverpool

 Delivered in just 5 weeks and 3 days over the school summer break, this fast-paced project showcases our expertise in live   education environments — minimising disruption while transforming facilities.

 Scope of Works Includes:

-2 full student toilet block refurbishments with accessible provisions with the addition of male and female staff WC’s
-IT classroom fit out with modern infrastructure
-Creation of a new science lab
-Installation of fire doors and fire-rated internal screens
-New suspended ceilings and partitions across the school
-Mechanical & electrical upgrades, including heat recovery units
-First floor remodelling and new corridor link to support future expansion
