Magenta Living’s four-year Planned Investment Works Framework.

We are delighted to announce that Frank Rogers Building Contractors has been appointed to Magenta Living’s four-year Planned Investment Works Framework.

Our appointment covers two key areas:

Lot 1 – Energy Efficiency Measures, valued at £1.66 million

Lot 3 – Windows and Doors, valued at £2.16 million

Running until June 2030, the framework will support Magenta Living’s planned investment programmes across its homes and communities.

This appointment reflects the combined expertise of our construction and FR Greener Solutions teams in delivering high-quality property improvements, energy-efficiency measures and planned works within occupied homes.

We look forward to supporting Magenta Living’s commitment to improving the customer experience, building communities and creating better, more energy-efficient homes for its residents.
