Fusion21 Responsive Repairs & Void Property Framework

We are delighted to announce our appointment to the Fusion21 Responsive Repairs & Void Property Framework 2026–2030.

Frank Rogers Building Contractors has secured a place across three lots:

Lot 2 – Void Property Improvements across the North West

Lot 3 – Void Property Security, Clearance and Pest Control across England

Lot 4 – Disrepair Works across the North West Running from October 2026 to September 2030, the framework will provide opportunities for us to support housing providers with responsive, high-quality property improvements and essential works for residents.

This appointment further strengthens our position within the social housing sector and reflects our proven experience in managing works within occupied and void properties, supported by strong customer care, sustainability and social value commitments.

We look forward to working with Fusion21 and its members over the next four years.
