Frank Rogers and Riverside Group Deliver Social Value Beyond Construction for Woolton residents.

From the outset, we committed to more than bricks and mortar. We wanted to ensure our time on site left a tangible, positive impact on residents’ lives.

Over Christmas, our team hand-delivered festive care parcels to every resident — all 310 of them — spreading a little warmth and goodwill throughout the scheme.

This summer, we built on that commitment with a Community Action Day. Staff from both Frank Rogers and Riverside rolled up their sleeves and braved the rain to take part in litter picking, gardening, and the donation and planting of bright new planters across the estate. Our Contracts Manager, Carl, with help from Wayne, also refurbished the site benches — giving tired outdoor spaces a new lease of life.

Next, we’ll be completing the refurbishment project and delivering new lift flooring in each building, further improving everyday life for residents.
