Framework Award – Merseyrail General Construction (Lot 1)

We’re pleased to confirm that Frank Rogers has been appointed to the Merseyrail General Construction Framework (Lot 1) and that we were the highest scoring bidder.

This framework will support construction, refurbishment and improvement works across Merseyrail’s network, including live and operational environments where planning, safety and collaboration are essential.
