Delivering on our promises and going even further

We’re proud to share that Frank Rogers Building Contractors has more than doubled our social value targets across three Fusion21 contracts, delivering 995 credits against a combined target of 390.

That’s 255% of our overall target achieved.

Across our contracts with Magenta Living, Peaks & Plains Housing Trust and Plus Dane Housing, our teams have delivered real, measurable impact, including:

- New local jobs created

- Employment opportunities for people previously unemployed

- Apprenticeships created

- Green sector and sustainability-linked roles supported

- Donations to food banks, schools and community hubs

- Staff volunteering days

- In-kind support to improve local community facilities

Highlights include donations of essential food supplies and educational resources, support for Broken Cross Primary Academy and Nursery, winter appeal donations & Support, and practical works at The Clock community centre, including painting, window replacements and scaffolding support.

Social value is not just something we commit to at tender stage. It is something we actively deliver through our people, our projects and our partnerships.
