We are incredibly proud to announce that our Managing Director, Dean Rogers, has been crowned Leader of the Year!

This is a huge and thoroughly deserved achievement. Dean’s leadership, ambition and genuine commitment to his people have been instrumental in driving Frank Rogers Building Contractors forward, while ensuring the family values at the heart of our business remain stronger than ever.

Under his leadership, the company has experienced exceptional growth, created new opportunities, expanded into new sectors and continued to make a meaningful difference across the communities in which we work.

Dean is the kind of leader who backs his team, encourages new ideas and gives people the confidence and opportunity to grow — and we couldn’t be prouder to see that recognised.

It was also a very special evening for our Head of Marketing & Communications, Rachel W., who was Highly Commended for Marketing Leader of the Year - great recognition of the impact she has made across our marketing, communications, social value and community engagement work.
