During our time on site, it became clear that the communal outdoor area was well-loved, but the existing garden furniture had seen better days. With summer still offering a few bright afternoons, we decided to use part of our social value commitment to give the space a well-deserved refresh.
We were delighted to donate and install:
The aim was simple — to create a welcoming area where residents can relax, chat with neighbours and enjoy the fresh air together.
The feedback has been truly uplifting.
Residents came out to thank our operatives personally, sharing how much the space means to them. One resident told us how thoughtful the team had been during the works — not only delivering the windows with care and minimal disruption, but also taking extra time to tidy and pin back some old external cabling that had been bothering her for years.
Moments like these are a reminder that small changes can make a big difference.
