Scope of Works:

• Full strip-out and reconfiguration
• New lighting & small power to Ramsay specification
• Installation of new radiators
• Complete new bathrooms (WC, shower, sink on IPS, wall & floor tiling)
• New patient bedheads
• New medical gases (oxygen & vacuum) to each room
• New nurse call points
• New flooring & full decoration

These works will be delivered with careful planning and risk management to ensure zero disruption to patients and hospital operations.
