We’re pleased to be on site at The City of Liverpool College’s Clarence Street campus, delivering another package of refurbishment works as part of our wider appointment on the College’s multi-million-pound Minor Works Framework.
This latest project focuses on the refurbishment of toilet facilities, with works programmed across the summer period to ensure completion ahead of the College’s return in September.
The scheme includes internal strip-out and demolition, drainage works, new ventilation, electrical and fire alarm upgrades, domestic hot and cold-water works, new partition walls, ceilings, flooring, tiling, IPS units, cubicles, sanitaryware, decoration and final finishes.
The programme also includes commissioning, final snagging, O&M handover and a full deep clean, ensuring the completed facilities are ready for staff, students and visitors when the new academic year begins.
Working in a live education environment requires careful planning, clear communication and close coordination around access, safety and programme. Our team is working closely with the College to deliver the works safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
It’s great to continue supporting The City of Liverpool College with improvements across their estate, helping to create modern, practical and improved facilities across their campuses.
