A brilliant day in the Lake District for a cause close to our hearts

On Saturday, the Frank Rogers team completed our charity walk in support of Keswick Mountain Rescue Team, following the incredible support they provided during a serious medical emergency involving our colleague, Ste Taplin, whilst in the Lake District.

Their response, professionalism and care during such a critical situation is something we will never forget, and this walk was our opportunity to give something back to a team that helps save lives every single day.

In a really special full-circle moment, Ste himself also completed the walk alongside the team, which made the day even more meaningful for everyone involved.

We’re proud to share that, thanks to the generosity of everyone who donated, we have raised £1,550 so far. This total will now be match funded by the Frank Rogers Foundation, doubling the impact of the support received. Follow this link if you would also like to donate : https://lnkd.in/eM2d39Dd

The walk was completed in conjunction with Trek trails, who also used the day to raise vital funds and awareness for Papyrus Prevention of Young Suicide, supporting the vital work they do helping young people across the UK through suicide prevention and crisis support services.

A huge thank you to everyone who walked, donated, shared the fundraiser or supported us in any way.

It was a brilliant day filled with teamwork, resilience and community spirit.
