The project involved multiple structural and aesthetic upgrades, including roofing repairs, window and door replacements, and brickwork restoration. As the project progressed, additional roofing and pointing requirements were identified and incorporated into the scope to ensure the long-term durability of the building.
To address these evolving needs, Frank Rogers Building Contractors adopted a proactive and flexible approach. Additional roofing and pointing works were seamlessly integrated into the project scope, ensuring the highest quality standards were met without impacting overall progress.
The improvement works included the replacement of fascias, soffits, and rainwater goods, the installation of composite windows and doors for enhanced energy efficiency, repointing of brickwork, installation of drip trims to rear balconies, and car park enhancements. Scaffolding was erected to facilitate these works, and overgrown foliage affecting the brickwork was removed, ensuring a seamless execution of the project.
