The solution

• Internal reconfiguration – Demolition and formation of new classroom layouts and shared spaces, creating improved functionality and modern learning environments.
• M&E upgrades – Installation of new lighting, power, and mechanical systems to meet current standards and future demand.
• Asbestos management – Survey and safe removal/mitigation of asbestos-containing materials, undertaken under licensed control.
• Fire strategy – Installation of new compartmentation, fire stopping, and compliant door sets to align with Building Regulations and fire risk assessments.
• Safeguarding measures – Access strategy, hoarding, and strict site management procedures implemented to ensure zero disruption to teaching and the safety of pupils and staff.
