Leading contractor, Frank Rogers, has been appointed by Fortem Solutions Limited, to deliver a comprehensive range of upgrade works at a retirement scheme in Southport, Merseyside.

The works will considerably improve both communal and independent living areas across the site, ensuring residents are able to continue to enjoy a high standard and quality of care and living. To be delivered across a 24-week period.

Eton Court, owned by Registered Social Landlord, Riverside, will benefit from a full programme of refurbishment, including new kitchens and bathrooms to 30 homes as well as upgrade of heating and electric systems. Alterations and refurbishment of communal areas, corridors and staircases will also be delivered.

Other works include replacement of communal lighting and fire risk works including the installation of fire doors and fire prevention measures.

This is the first project to be awarded by Fortem Solutions to Frank Rogers who have built a strong reputation in the housing sector following a 40-plus year trading history.
