Planned Maintenance

During the past 10 years Frank Rogers has worked in partnership with a number of social housing customers to support them in achieving the Government’s ‘Decent Homes Standard’. Through this initiative Frank Rogers have established long term relationships with seven major RSL’s, all of whom have provided repeat business and long term opportunities

During this period, Frank Rogers has delivered the following:

  • Over 10,000 kitchen installations
  • Over 5,000 Bathrooms and disabled adaptations
  • UPVC windows and doors to over 3,000 properties
  • 2,000 central heating installations

Frank Rogers has adopted a ‘Right First Time’ approach, monitoring and measuring outcomes from the early phase of each contract to ensure a successful outcome.

Each project is allocated a project manager, resident liaison officer and site manager, who act as the main points of contact for the customer and resident. Together, the site team plan all aspects of works from health and safety through to programming a schedule of works.

Refurbishing and improving people’s homes for almost four decades has allowed Frank Rogers to recognise the role it plays in regenerating communities and where possible, present employment and training opportunities for local people who are able to make a positive impact on the area in which they live.

Frank Rogers consistently achieve 100% client satisfaction upon project completion and handover, with tenants citing the firms planning, people and works as exemplary.
