Planned and reactive maintenance specialist, Frank Rogers, has secured a framework agreement with international services company, Serco.
Frank Rogers is carrying out a range of works at properties throughout Merseyside and Manchester for Serco with typical programmes includes boiler repairs and replacements, void upgrades, bathroom and kitchen replacement and health and safety compliancy. The scope of works encompasses both planned and reactive maintenance repairs at homes used for temporary and permanent accommodation.
Under the framework, Frank Rogers has also recently been awarded a £250,000 contract to carry out a range of improvement works at Seiont House, a home of multiple occupancy on Park Road, South Liverpool. Work includes the replacement of 24 existing wet rooms, 12 kitchens and decoration works to 40 bedrooms.
Dean Rogers, Managing Director of Frank Rogers added:
“Our relationship with Serco is incredibly strong and we are now formally part of their framework. We have extensive experience carrying out both reactive and maintenance works at domestic properties and are able to work to the timescales demanded by Serco which can often include projects commissions at incredibly short notice.
“Our work focuses on the Liverpool and Manchester areas only – we’re keen to restrict ourselves to delivering projects within this part of the country, confident that we have the team and resources already in place to react to the needs of the customer.
“This latest contract win is testament to the confidence that they have in us in terms of delivering projects at single homes or large houses of multiple occupancy such as this in South Liverpool.”
