Decent Homes

More recently we have been concentrating on the Government’s Best Value initiative, and their target for Public Sector Housing to achieve the ‘Decent Homes Standard’. Through this initiative we have established long term relationships with 7 RSL’s, and in the past three years alone we have carried out more than 3,000 kitchen installations and 800 bathroom installations, as well as fitting UPVC windows and doors to over 500 properties.

Multi Investment Works

We have delivered ‘multi investment’ works to over 200 void and tenanted properties. This work has included roofing, heating, bathrooms, kitchen, DPC, windows and doors.

New Build

Frank Rogers Ltd have a long history of carrying out new build schemes for housing associations and developers and our quality results speak for themselves.

Disabled Adaptations

We are an approved RSL Contractor for Disabled Adaptation works, and we specialize in the installation of level access shower facilities and adapted kitchens. We are sensitive to the needs of disabled people and have helped improve the quality of life in over 300 homes in the last 3 years alone.

FRA Works & HMO Upgrades

We have over 10 years experience of acting as ‘Main Contractor’ in respect to FRA (Fire Risk Assesment) and HMO (Houses of Multiple Occupancy) works, and within that time we have partnered with a number of RSL’s in upgrading their properties.

FRA works have included replacement of existing flat entrance doors, doors off corridor escape routes, fire stopping to services & fire stopping to compartment walls/floors/ceilings etc as well as fire signage & notices. As part of the HMO works, we have also renewed floor coverings, decorations and general builders works
