Reaching new heights in Health and Safety training

Frank Rogers Health and Safety Manager, Phil Moseley, has achieved his Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.

The NVQ is designed to assess and verify knowledge in terms of occupational health and safety and marks the highest accolade that can be achieved under NVQ assessment. To achieve the NVQ Level 5 Diploma, a candidate must demonstrate their competency, knowledge and understanding by completing ten mandatory units.

Phil said:

“It’s important for both me as an individual, as well as the business to keep abreast of new developments in terms of policy and procedure as well as new ideas and ways of working.”

Phil has continued to study and develop professionally throughout his career and gaining this qualification marks the latest of many in his 20 year career within the sector.

He added:

“I’m really please to have achieved level 5 in City & Guilds which for me represents a milestone in terms of training. Training to this level also demonstrates the businesses commitment to sustaining the highest levels of health and safety for Frank Rogers.”
