Riverside Housing Group – Mersey South Upgrades 2012/13
Following the successful completion of the 2011/12 Kitchen Renewals and Electrical upgrade programme for Riverside Housing Group, Frank Rogers was pleased to be awarded the 2012/13 contract for the housing association in Runcorn and Wirral.
With a value of £2.5million, the contract was completed over a 28 week period and included the installation of some 30 kitchens every week, plus electrical upgrades in each of those properties. Electrical works included partial rewires as well as the installation of replacement smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Work was finalised on time and within budget, the client and tenants praising Frank Rogers for the teams performance throughout.
