Overview
Frank Rogers achieve practical completion on latest new build scheme delivering six houses and four apartments for Liverpool Housing Trust in Runcorn.

Scope of Works
Our team completed a diligent enabling phase including the demolition of large vacant warehouses, removal of asbestos, site clearance and groundworks ready to commence the new build programme.

The mixed tenure scheme of family homes and smaller apartments were surrounded by communal gardens and landscaping promoting social inclusion and safety across the new build estate.

Programme
We developed a successful mobilisation programme immediately following contract award, identifying specific phases including key milestones informing LHT of actions required.

Contracts Manager, Mark Jones held a series of supplier pre-contract meetings determining new build parameters, identifying; scope of works, roles and responsibilities, quality standards, programme and payment ensuring all parties completely understood the project.

We appointed an experienced groundworks supervisor owing to the importance of delivering both housing and communal works simultaneously, as without the latter completing on time would have delayed new tenant move-ins.

Statutory Undertakings
Our Operations Director overseen project critical works including redesign, application and works delivery ensuring Roadways, Drainage, Utility and Infrastructure Diversions & Connections completed on time achieving sign-off by LABC / NHBC.

Consumer Consultation
We supported LHT deliver a customer focused scheme inviting scrutiny panel members to design/progress meetings, discussing our interpretation of performance specifications, providing proposals, samples and literature for debate, agreement, and instruction.

The project completed on time achieving full occupancy within 2 weeks and satisfaction scores of 100%.
