Frank Rogers continues to secure contracts with social housing providers, delivering fire risk management works, the latest being a £1.3million scheme with Sanctuary Housing in Chester.

The firm, which has already carried out a series of contracts for the housing association, including related fire management work, has now begun the six-month project which involves the installation of some 1250 fire doors across nine tower blocks.

The homes, which sit in the heart of Chester city centre, will each benefit from a series of internal and external fire doors, minimising the risk of spread of a potential fire, containing any blaze to a restricted area.

Mike Travis, Contracts Manager at Frank Rogers explained:

“Frank Rogers is well versed in the assessment, management and delivery of fire risk works and is working with a number of housing associations across the North West to ensure they meet current health and safety legislations and standards, and that their homes are safe for all residents.

“This latest contract win comes following the completion of a number of schemes successfully handed over to Sanctuary in the last 12 months. We are now very familiar with the area, the homes and the local community and will work closely with them and members of Sanctuary’s team throughout the project duration.”

Frank Rogers is able to provide a full scope of fire risk works from initial assessment through to contracting and maintenance works. For further info Click Here.
