Frank Rogers has been named as one of 44 firms placed on the new housing framework by Fusion 21.
Around £100million worth of work will be awarded over the next four years through the panel of firms which represents a mix of both national contractors and small and medium-sized firms.
Dean Rogers, managing director of Frank Rogers said:
“This is great news for the business. We were part of the previous framework with Fusion and secured a number of successful contracts through their procurement route. I’m pleased to be able to continue to work as part of their consortium in the coming years to deliver a varied scope of housing works.”
The national framework considers the whole house approach including planned maintenance and offers various lots from windows and doors, kitchens and bathrooms to roofing, heating and electrical works.
Gary Stanfield, framework manager at Fusion21, said:
“Responding to demand from our members and in partnership with the Fusion21 advisory group, we have created a flexible framework which offers customers a whole house approach to planned maintenance.
“Fusion21 members accessing this framework will benefit from working with our existing supply chain, and having the option to call off multiple lots will generate greater efficiency savings for public sector organisations across the country.”
