FRANK ROGERS PAVE THE WAY WITH FLAGGING JOB

Frank Rogers has recently completed an external flagging, and fencing replacement contract from Riverside Home Ownership (a division of Riverside Housing).

The works took place at Church View in Tarleton, an over 55’s shared home ownership scheme. Comprising 17 cottage style homes, the development was built in 1995.

The Frank Rogers team carried out replacement works to flagged areas across the site. The team also remove overgrowth and foliage as well as carrying out repairs to parts of the perimeter fencing.

Dean Rogers, Managing Director of Frank Rogers commented:

“Our business operates across the Riverside property portfolio under various disciplines. From kitchen and bathroom replacements to external flagging programmes such as this. We are incredibly versatile and flexible and our multiskilled operatives are able to apply their skills to most trades.”

The works were completed within 6 weeks, during which time Frank Rogers worked closely with residents and Riverside to ensure there was minimum disruption.

A letter sent on behalf of the tenants congratulated the Frank Rogers team on their work adding:

“We’d like to place on record our thanks and appreciation for the recent vast improvements made to all properties in Church View and to particularly thank the Frank Rogers team who have worked extremely hard to make these improvements possible… They are to be congratulated and applauded for carrying out this major refurbishment with the least possible inconvenience.”
