Frank Rogers has secured a double contract win from Sanctuary Housing.
The Chester based housing association has awarded the contractor two large schemes both focusing on an existing older persons housing development just outside Chester. Comprising three large tower blocks, St Anne’s, St Oswald and St George, the site also includes over 70 garages, each requiring refurbishment and repairs.
A second project is also now underway for the housing association focusing on a series of individual properties throughout Chester. Twelve properties in total will require a range of works ranging from complete re-roofs to chimney replacements and slate and tile replacements.
Mike Travis, Contracts Manger at Frank Rogers commented:
“Following our successful delivery of our first project for Sanctuary last year, which focused on the conversion of a former refuse area into a storage room for mobility scooters, it’s great to be awarded a further two projects.
“We continue to work closely with several housing associations in Merseyside and the North West, all recognising the value of our multi skilled tradesmen who are able to deliver a comprehensive scope of works to meet our clients varied requirements.”
