The Frank Rogers team are set to transform a historic property in the heart of Prescot, Liverpool, restoring the building to its former glory.

The premises, which include commercial space to the ground floor level and residential living area above, will be given a new lease of life and redeveloped in sympathy with the surrounding environment.

Situated on Eccleston Road in Prescot, the Victorian facade will be reinstated whilst significant repairs will be carried out to the roof. Internally, a full programme of renovation will be carried out for client CASS Associates.

Mike Travis, Contracts Manager at Frank Rogers said:

“This property on the main thoroughfare in Prescot does stand out, mainly because it hasn’t been maintained to the same standard as other nearby buildings. Externally the façade and roof will be restored whilst internally the building will be brought fully in line with modern needs and expectations.”

The 16 week programme will be completed in February 2017.
